Return and Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy addresses the timeframe for asking for a refund, the amount of the refund, and under which conditions will the customer receive a refund.

  • All items are final sale

  • We do not accept returns except in the case of manufacturer defects and they must be pre-approved

  • STORE CREDIT ONLY

 

Manufacturer Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, you must contact us at owner@faithandbody.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging.

Your return request must include:

  • Order number

  • Item description (Color and quantity included)

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the merchandise you wish to return and defects

Once your request has been approved, the merchandise must be shipped and in transit back to Faith & Body LLC within 2 DAYS of receiving approval. All labels provided to the customer will be standard service or UPS Ground; customers will be responsible for expedited shipping costs. If the items are not shipped within the 2 day period, your return request may be denied and cancelled.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are granted only in cases of requesting a different size option of the same item. To request an exchange please contact us at owner@faithandbody.com within 10 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging.

Your exchange request must include for each item:

  • Order number

  • Item description (Color and quantity included)

  • Reason for the exchange

  • Photos of the merchandise you wish to exchange

Once your request has been approved, the merchandise must be shipped and in transit back to Faith & Body LLC within 2 DAYS of receiving approval. Customers are responsible for the return label and shipping costs. If the item(s) are not shipped within the 2 day period, your return request may be denied and cancelled. Once Faith & Body LLC receives the exchangeable item(s), and finds it in new condition, then we will ship out your new item(s).
