We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume seasons or promotions, processing may take longer.

Shipping & Fulfillment Options

We offer three fulfillment options at checkout:

1) FedEx Shipping (Weight-Based)

• Shipping rates are calculated by weight and shown at checkout.

• Orders ship via FedEx.

• Estimated delivery times are provided via email after the order has been processed and may vary by destination and carrier conditions.

2) Local Delivery

• Local delivery is available for free for eligible addresses within a 30 mile radius of Fairmont, WV.

3) Local Pickup

• Pickup is available at: 19 Delaney Lane; Fairmont, WV

• Contact Faith & Body via social media or our contact page to make an appointment to pick up your order potentially as soon as it is placed.

 

Free Shipping Offer

• Free FedEx shipping is available on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts) shipped within the U.S.

 

Tracking

If your order ships via FedEx, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

 

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. Once a package is handed off to FedEx, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.
